• Use of the entire 37-acre property from Friday morning to Sunday (whenever you're done)

• Chiavari chairs, brown wood folding chairs, white Lifetime folding chairs

• 12 Farm tables & 8 cocktail tables made with reclaimed wood

• 14-60" round tables, 5-36" round cocktails, 5-6' banquet tables

• Built-in rain plan for outdoor weddings
