Meet Donny

Hey y'all, I'm Donny Gerald, the owner of Hidden Acres in historic Marion, SC. When I started Hidden Acres in 2007, I honestly had no intention of building a wedding venue. It was originally designed as a hunting lodge of sorts. But as more people asked about having their wedding here, I realized I had an opportunity to fill a void in the community.

With that void in mind I set out to make Hidden Acres the premiere wedding venue in the Pee Dee area. I might be a little biased, but I think we've created a little piece of paradise for our couples. My family and I are honored and humbled that people love Hidden Acres as much as we do. We are constantly seeking to improve the property and we LOVE surprising our couples with the latest, greatest, additions to Hidden Acres.
